Call me back
The whistle-blower has the option to request a call-me-back on the website or by sending us an SMS, WhatsApp of Please call me. Here the whistle-blower can choose a confinement time and date for them to talk to one of our forensic investigators.
Online submission
The whistle-blower can send us an email from an unknown address with information attached. If the whistle blower chooses to do so, they have the option to give us their contact details to discuss the case.
Fax
The whistle-blower can send us the information to our dedicated fax line. The information will automatically be sent to our secure email address.
24/7 Toll free
We provide the whistle-blower with the option to call our 24/7 toll free number. Their call will be answered by a highly skilled and trained forensics investigator. The call will not show the called ID of the caller. The call will however be recorded for documentation purposes.
WhatsApp is encrypted with end-end encryption to ensure that the communication is secure. Furthermore, all messages will disappear from the chat within 7 days. This option is not only secure but also convenient for most whistle-blowers.
Physical Mail
The whistle-blower can report an allegation by submitting their allegation to our dedicated PO box. Furthermore, the whistle-blower has the option send us an allegation via courier services to our address.
Online communication system via Globaleaks
Globaleaks is a worldwide recognised whistleblowing software. The software allows the whistle-blower to securely talk to one of our agents and send files securely throughout the process. The whistle-blower receives a unique pass phrase (code) to write down to ensure complete anonymity with traces in their browser cache.
